its not about preference when one doesnt work well and the other does. im not on your nuts, your not giving accurate info to someone who is asking for help. your saying what you read in here so many thousand times. You don't understand shit. Stop putting words in my mouth. I don't use 600's. I use 1000's in a 5 x 5. And IMO, they do the job great.
When and IF I use a 600, it works great in a 4 x 4 area.
What you said IS your opinion and what I said is MY opinion. Now get off my nuts and stop wasting your post count on me. I repeat what I said in my very first post here, it's all about USER PREFERENCE.
im giving accurate info. 1000 watt is going to cover a 4x4 area ONLY. if you go to 5x5 the middle 3x3 area will be so much brighter then the outside 2 feet. get a light meter and you will see that im right. 600s are good for running in a long room such as 8 x16 and you can run them in lines so a 8 x 16 room has 12 600s two rows of 6. thats when they are more effecient ie; better. he wants to run 2 trays 4x8 each. his best bet is to get 4 1k's.
