But if the rockwool is getting flooded would it be necessary! Probably couldnt hurt but I just worry when the RW is always wet.

Hey all, Just stopping by to give an update: I am now on week 2 my ladies are definately growing they havent reached through the bottom of the pots quite yet... I'm wondering when that will happen?.. I'm flooding 2x a day at the beginning I will begin to flood more once I see roots coming out the bottom of the pots and onto the flood table.

Seems like a long time but be patient and they will come. Once you see roots things take off! My one tray is 4 weeks and the roots are 12" on some.

First I want to say I think you did a wonderful job on the building of the ebb and flow. I added a drip top to mine and air stones in the main tank. Other than that man it looks like you know what you are doing. Congrats.

Thanks, Im now seeing roots under the pots vry excited i thought since my rez was the wrong size I wasnt going to be able to make it work BUT rockwol was my ticket out of a bad situation!! I'm now in the middle of building a Top drip system for my upstairs room using 5 gallon pots from Lowes !.... I will add some pictures when I figure out how to stop 2 Leaks I'm dealing with any ideas ( DR NEW NEW???? )
