3x3 400w hps closet ANY Ideas??

Hi Everyone, im new to this so please dont start screaming at me if i have done somthing wrong.
My plan is to grow enough weed to last me a few months while my next crop is growing.

OK....I have a 3x3 closet, walls have been done with black white mylar.

Lighting: 1x400w hps + 4x30w cfl (side lighting).

Extraction: 2x T-100 inline fan (100m3/h each one)

Insertion: 1x T-150 inline fan (280m3/h)

I have also got a circulation fan, and im growing in soil (11l square pots)

I will post pics up later,

But anyway my question is what do you think would be the best option to get a regular harvest?
-Divide the closet into top+bottom?
-Sea of green
-or would there be a better way?

And also i have 1xlemon skunk growing now, my plan was to grow 2 and clone them both, but only 1 of them choose to grow.
(its been 3 weeks)

Best cast scenario you should have at least two sealed chambers if you want to have regular cycled harvests. Your flower room needs to be light tight, as they need to maintain that 12/12 photoperiod separate from your vegging plants. Keep a mother plant or two of your favorite strains in the veg room, then just take cuttings from those to keep your harvest cycle going. Its good to have cuttings, vegging plants, and flowering plants growing at all times.

OK...and what lighting would you think is best to light 3x3 space? (cfl would be better due to temps)

The closet is H=1,70m/ W=1m/ D=1m:

Bottom half, inlet fan 4x 30w cfl daylight bulbs

And any ideas whats wrong with my lemon skunk?

the seedlings are 1xlemon skunk(same age as the big one) + 2x haze automatic)

also the closet is 170 in height so veg part H=0,50m and flower part 0,70m?

that plant doesn't look very happy, I'd move those CFL's closer to start, what are your temps like in there?

that 400w HPS is enough for that space

The 400W HPS would suffice just fine for a space like that....keep it air cooled and as close to your plants as possible without burning them. You could even up it to a 600W for some nice yields and throw the 400HPS in your vegging area.

I have got side lighting in there because i wanted to grow a few big plants! but changing my mind! i might divide the closet into top and bottom! but at the moment its 100x100 and 170 height, and the temps are 35C (95F) bit warm, how could i help this?
And any suggestions for veg chamber lighting without spending to much $$$$$ as i have spent a BOMB so far!

And can i take clones after 1month? its been grown from seed!

35 is too hot for sure, get those temps down!
The veg lighting depends on how many you want to veg at once

Soo my only way to go is to get a cooltube?
and i was thinking 1-2 mother plants and a few clones (about 6) can i use 30w daylight bulbs for this? and how many? or what would you recommend?

And was thinking if my closet is 1,70m height:
Veg 0.50m H
Flower 0,70m H
