I was going to ask the same question....

If you are using Fluoros, Id get the lights right on the plant... I grew mine from the beginning under flouros and when the plant grew it would touch the lamp.... never harmed it

CFL's get a little hotter... keep w/in an inch or 2...

I also dont know if youve got a fan or not.... if not, get one, you'll need it.

Good luck.... youre lookin pretty good though.... GraF

we're not goin anywhere..... well actually..... nevermind.

You wont need the bulb until you are ready to flower.....

dont set a date to when you are going to flower... do it when you know that you are ready to...

main thing to remeber when vegging..

plants are going to at least double when they are put into the bloom phase...

so make your decision on when to flower based upon that..

You should wait untill your plants are close to 12" tall before switching.
Well that seems to be the normal suggestion.
The longer you keep in veg (18/6 with blue light) the more bud you will get.

Yeah you want to get the light as close as possible without burning them.
This will give you closer buds and stop strecthing

Happy growing

good i don't like stretching.... already had that issue and moved them into the pots and planted up to the nodes?.... or the small leafs.. doing good since then.. i can tell they're stretching a little still so i'll put the light closer... i'm about to start a new set of differ seeds and try to avoid the stretching in the beggining...

so besides the hieght when should you start flowering... is it just when you feel like it?? i'm not setting a date just tryin to figure out what to look for.

thanks everyone ya'll have been a big help already!

like I said....

flowering depends on how long you feel like waiting and how much room you have..... and the amount of lite as well... 4 massive plants w/ a 200w of light isnt gonna cut it..

I would say at 12 inches for yourself BUT, its up to you, not us..

also remember your trees are gonna double in size... so think accordingly
