i am in my 3rd week of flowering OG kush and i have been spraying on pure neem oil mixed with dishwasher soap every 10 days. this morning i sprayed the neem oil on, and when i came back to look at the end of the day the pistils which were straight and white coming from budsights had turned orange and were slightly shriveled. should i worry about this change in the pistil? if my neem oil solution was not ph balanced should i worry?

thanks.

STOP spraying, do they get sprayed when they grow wild, NO your doing what so many peps on this site are doing over fussing, they are weeds, dont you worry about them, but they are probably worried about you lol, 2 WAYS TO KILL A GOOD PLANT (OVER FEEDING) AND (OVER FUSSING)

These plants only need neem oil and/or a soap solution when they have unfavorable pests, do they have pests?

If not, don't treat the plants when they are not ill.

If you are spraying in anticipation of pests, that is what is making your nice white plump pistals turn orange and die off.

ya i spray every 10 days in anticipation of mites.

should i worry about the pistils turning orange and dying?
is this gonna dramatically reduce yield?

thanks.

neem oil should be diluted in water and same with the soap before you spray it, lay off the solution and see if your plants regenerate. i used it on one of my outdoor girls for mites and one of the budsites shriveled up like that and became really stunted. that being said good luck and now you know for next time

from what I here also it may be the neem oil but are you touching your buds the growers I know told me not to touch my buds because the oils from your hand will kill the pistils.

You are behaving a bit dense here mate ;), stop the spraying or mites will be the least of your problems.

never foilar feed flowering plants it will cause bud rot quicker than you can stop it.
and what feed are you using for your medium.strong dosages of some nutes will cause browning of the pistils(showing at the very newest pistils first).
what nutes are you using??????.
and stop foilar feeding immediately.
