hey i noticed you have a mirror as one of your walls. they absorb more light than they reflect. u can cover it with plain white paper. By the way NICE GROW they look beautiful

Thanks man, I can't wait till they are done since I ran out of smoke over 2 weeks ago and can't easily get more for probably another month at least. I'm hoping the tall one starts actually budding soon since its already several weeks behind the other one. The mirror is only in there because it happened to be lying around in my garage and was better than just the brick wall behind it. Also, a quick search on mirrors resulted in finding that mirrors don't absorb more light, they just don't diffuse it like mylar or flat white paper/paint would. Not planning on taking it out or covering it up as I haven't had any issues with it.

they seemed pretty confused on that thread. i dont think it matters to much with cfls. the light only carries so far.

Thinking I may take a trip up to the hydro store tomorrow or tuesday and pick up some bloom nutes. Been tight on money the last month after putting in a new floor in my living room. I think it will be worth the extra money to get proper nutes though. Girl is looking good, but kinda slow. May see about making some tea from my compost bin as well. My other lady is a friggin tree. She's probably 3 ft already and just keeps growing with no signs of buds starting yet :/ Temps are better now at least since its rained and cooled off outside. Pics tomorrow night I think.

I think a pound is being extremely optimistic. lol. I think I can get at least an ounce of the one. I picked up some Tiger Bloom today. I'll be gone for about 3 days starting thursday this week, so i'm gonna raise the lights a couple inches before I leave and give them a good watering and cross my fingers nothing goes wrong. Its always awesome to see the difference after a few days not seeing them tho.

anybody have an idea on how long the sativa is gonna take? she's already nearly 9 weeks old and has been on 12/12 for close to 5 weeks. Lots of preflowers, no signs of bud development and is still putting on vertical growth. I've not had great success with sativas in the past as I've always had to cut my grows short. Shouldn't be a problem this time, so i'm just looking for a bit more info on them. I've read they can take anywhere up to 16 weeks to finish...thoughts?

if its a sativa dominant it will still take a little longer. there really isnt a time limit. you just have to wait till the plant tells you she's ready

yea they can take there time if they want to ,i have one thats 2 months today into flower and its got at least another month and a half if not more ,but the buds r going to be huge!!!!!!!!!

got back yesterday after 2 nights away. Nothing too terrible happened. The tops on the sativa got burned by the lights so I made the decision this morning to top the 2 main stems as I really don't want to have to keep raising my lights since that will continue to decrease their effectiveness. I didn't want to just throw out the tops as I cut them back pretty far, so they are hanging out in a cup of water with superthrive and will see about starting some clones. The other plant however is still looking awesome. She seems to be liking the tigerbloom and has filled in a lot since before I left. Pics tonight after the lights come back on.

Your grow looks great I'm def subbd. Looking good, thats weird bout the sativa one tho. Not hardly producing bud kinda puzzled me. Keep it up mam lol

i got some bagseed in my tent that is developing slow as well. 4 weeks into flower and they is still growing up with few pistils. i think i might have another 2 months with them

I think my sativa might finally have decided to start budding *crosses fingers*. 6 weeks into flowering today. I think my other girl has about 3 weeks left till harvest. Gonna give her one more week or so of nutes then will start flushing. Will be nice to get to smoke again since its been well over a month since my stash ran out.
