37F, Northern Lights and Carnival MoC, Light-stress induced nutrient burn?

Background:
  • First grow, 2 plants (see title)
  • In tent, growing under one 87W LED, three 23W CFLs, and one 42W CFL in coco coir w/ perlite.
  • Day 87 from seed
  • Temperature was an issue that I've resolved with an A/C - lo/hi of 63/79F; humidity is pretty much in check, too
  • On around day 32 of flower I realized the LED was probably too close (edges of fan leaves curling up, weird symptoms) and moved it up to 18" from the primary canopy
  • I watered with nutrients 2 days ago on week 7 of this schedule (a mistake in retrospect?)
Questions:
Does this appear to be a case where too-close LED caused the plant to take in an excess of nutrients (light stress induced nutrient burn)? If so, is there any action that should be taken to fix this? Should I expect to see improvement? Any other noticeable issues?

Please see attached photos, note: one image is from a couple of days ago day 35 of flower - I can't see any worsening - am I wrong?

Day 35 of flower: 1 - Carnival on the left, NL on the right

Day 37 of flower: 1, 2, 3, - (both with C on the left, NL, and C respectively)

This community has been so helpful to me and I appreciate any feedback - I'm getting close and don't want to dork it on the home stretch!

Thank you so much!
