350-400 square ft AC help?

Expanding from a 75 square foot room to about 300- 400 square foot grow, I'm planning to use the room next to my current room so it will be, one 80square foot room, next to one that's about a 380 square ft room. Currently using a 1200 btu window unit which works well for the 80 square foot room (2000w hps max during flowering) outside Temps reach 120 during summer. Wanting to upgrade HVAC setup, to fit new split room requirements. Heat pump is what I'm going for(but I am open to ideas). Any tips or advice on appropriate system BTU Sizing for a 4000w HPS MAX setup?

Mini split will be much more affordable and efficient. Also much easier to install. I just finished a room almost the same size and I went with a 12000 btu mini split. The unit I bought is 21 seer and uses almost no power, it will blow your mind how little it uses

There are a few really good grow room sizing apps that you can google. the heat output of your lights is over 12000 btu's alone.

Ductless units work well but require a 230v circuit if over a ton usually. If the lines are not precharged then u should get a professional to install it IMO but I'm a professional so bias lol.

Yeah I've seen the pre-charged ductless systems and I've heard they work well, I'm definitely interested in installing one, but because of my budget i was wondering. Could i get a ducted heat-pump unit for a little less than the ductless system and expect similar energy efficiency as well? I'm familiar with HVAC and I have a friend who is a technician that would help me with charging a system if needed and I could install a 230v power source.

It would just be a fan coil in the room as opposed to the ductless head. Noisey and big but yup, not sure about pricing though, may be a few used ones around.
