looking very nice bro your mothers are outstanding you should get you a digital thermometer that has a high/low and you can watch your temps even closer and see what they really are there only like 4 to 10 dollars at walmart
Thx for the compliment. I have one of those thermometers in there, I was just giving round about figures since I know it varies a few degrees. I have an aquarium thermometer in the rez to, but it doesn't give the hi/low. I may try to find one because it would be nice to know the lows.

Also, I have decided to start flowering tomorrow because I take vacation the last 2 weeks of December. If I waited it out and started flowering this Sunday, it would be too close...better safe than sorry.

DND...wondering if you have any issues with your tub setup leaking from the sides and end??? Reason I ask is I have the same tub set up as an 80 site aero cloner and stopped the leaking around the sides with weather stripping and the ends where the hand holds are, I just layed some plastic over them to keep water from getting in hand holds and leaking out.

Not yet, I flip my lid upside down and it has been working great so far. Good idea tho, appreciate your input.

Everything is going as planned, rez is always around 1300 ppm, temps have actually dropped to a steady 56 degrees and the ph swings are staying between 5.6 to 6.5. Once it hits 6.5 which is usually around Wednesday, I add 25ml of ph down and it goes right back down to 5.6. Temps inside the tent are steady staying between 55 to 65 with lights off/on and humidity is solid at 65%. Tonight I hooked up a router speed control to the exhaust fan and set it to up the temps to 70, as it gets colder I'll have to adjust it lower and lower to maintain. So far, this system has been the easiest to use by far compared to other methods I've tried with the same amount of plants. It takes 20-30 minutes a day to check everything, add water and nutes... Too easy! Pics coming if I can figure out how to upload from my phone. And apologies because the light interferes with the phone and the quality isn't the best.

Why so many sprayers? On a pump that size wouldn't it be better if you had fewer sprayers but more pressure to each? Seems a waste to have so many.. I'm not telling you, I am asking. I wouldn't know. Just wondering. Guess it works for you though, so maybe it's a good thing!

32 total... it's crowded but I have been trimming the bottom 6" and want to focus on the canopy for some nice single colas. I can't wait either...TY.

I'm guessing it could be done with less sprayers, but remember it's covering 4x2' of growing space. Once the roots get long and thick, they tend to block some of the sprayers path. Believe me when I say this sprayer manifold works very well for this size rez.

Looking good D
Are you gonna start flowering soon ?
.

Thx Earl,

They are in flower as we speak. I had to flip them 10-13-09 after looking at my calender and deciding on my Christmas vacation days. I'll be gone for the last 2 weeks of December, so these should have enough time to finish, get trimmed, hung and dried all a few days before I take vacation. If I would have waited 2 weeks, it would have been too close. Those were day 6 flower pics!

Should see major buddage in another week.
Yeah, I'm thinking so. I trimmed the bottoms again tonight for what should be the last time and I think the stretching is done. Bring on the buds! :weed:

Not much to report really, my daily routine is still the same with these.

--Check water level.
--Add water if needed.
--Check ph, adjust if it is 6.5 or higher down to 5.8.
--Check ppm, if it is 1100 or below I adjust back to 1300ppm.

Rez temps, tent temp and humidity all within limits and still no rez change.

As far as budding, these things concentrated more on stretching this past week. I am assuming they will start to get some nice little buds this week. Anyone think I should thin them out a bit by cutting off those huge fan leaves? I want to badly to get more light penetration, but I know they store energy.

Pics coming!
