COngratulations on all the harvests.
All your girls are perfuckt looking. Im about to start another waterfarm with the DOG kush. and sometihing else from my list. so 2 waterfarms in my 4 by 4 with double 600 's.under one scrog screen.
I have been busy cooking my hydroton pebbles to get the ph stable after my first grow with them. Im also cleaning my waterfarm tubing, what a bitch.
do you have any suggestions on how to get down inot the plastic white tubing that hooks to the air tubing. I was using a twisted papertowel and shoving it down but it didnt reach to the middle grime. Have a blast trimming tonite.and watching the movie

Pipe cleaners or a small bottle brush maybe? I haven't had to scrub mine yet. I stopped running my dripper rings when I flipped to flower though, I disconnected half for about 10 days and saw no difference so I pulled them all off, I use an airstone in the bottom of each bucket. But when I pulled those all off I just ran hot bleach/soap water through them and it got most of the salts off pretty easily. They're sitting in an empty bucket right now. I'll have to take some root pics soon, they're not so bad

Are you soaking your pebbles in pH'd water too? That helped with mine, the ones I didn't soak had problems with ph rising every day for the first couple weeks.

That scrog was nuts. Damn you putting ideas in my head!

Fun project Don't let anyone tell you that maintenance under a screen like this isn't a bitch though. 32" deep and I'm on my back for an hour every time I have to trim underneath, just to reach the back half. The front half takes about 20 minutes. Worth it though, 21.3 sq ft cab and I'm looking to break 2lb yields consistently once I get everything dialed in (this was only my second grow)

Cab is scraped clean right now, pyrethrin bomb sittin in there today. Tomorrow or Saturday I'm putting everything back together, exhaust fan on top of cab, 2x400w & 1x600w instead of 2x600w and those CFL's. I couldn't bring myself to take them down, but I don't think they did very much besides get hot. The 'v' shape of the lights will be more drastic, and the scrog will be able to climb both walls now

Once I get that all set in I'm gonna take a page outta your book and get some uv-b in there, still have some reading to do before I buy anything though, and most of my focus has been on the hydro setups lately.

If you go the UV route I'd recommend a single larger MV bulb versus a bunch of smaller bulbs. As long as you can put up with the heat (essentially the same as other HIDs) they put out the most UV, cover the largest area, and are less expensive than the equivalent amount of UV from smaller bulbs. Only drawback is that the rest of the MV spectrum is shit whereas the rest of the flouro spectrum is nice.

Here you can get the zoo quality ones as long as you tell them it's not for animals or that you have a UV meter.

If that makes sense lol, sorry it's no CAD program. The fixtures would be hung in a 'v' shape to match the pitch of the other lights and the screen as best I can. I know it's nowhere near as powerful as what you linked, but I don't think I'd be able to get the right light pattern for my cab. A high pitch at the ends makes everything a challenge (9 fans and counting lol)

So I swapped out the lighting in my veg tent, 600w now instead of 400w. Going to be ordering a MH bulb as soon as I have enough other stuff that I need.

Quick update:

Popped the MK-Ultra yesterday. Not sure about continuing VK, they're pretty leggy so far. I was really hoping for a denser plant to keep. We'll see I guess.

Got the cab cleaned up and ready to go for the next round. Tomorrow plants go in, hopefully later this week so will the screen.

If you can only fit 100w of UV go with 4 of the 23w 10.0 CFLs. The CFLs put out a bit more UV than the linear florescents and tend to throw it a bit further as well. Perhaps not what you wanted to hear from someone that uses alot of linear UV bulbs, hehe.

lol yea, I was more thinking about the footprint of it. With a scrog, penetration isn't the concern. Having an even cast as close as possible is. Damn you for making me re-look at EVERY option that I had already ruled out...

On a side note, time to go transplant! And then my dog gets home, freshly testicle-free, from the vet.

Good times, he was out of it all day. Now he's just mad that the cone is still on his head. Poor guy can't run under the table without hitting the cone on it and freaking out.

This was my first time with it so I'll see if it takes so long again. It just didn't seem to mature/swell at all between days 60-70 and it just started to around 73-4, so a week after the final swell it seemed about right. Sure is smokin nice, tryin to hold off mostly until it gets a good cure for at least a couple weeks. And the tahoe is from clone, a little varied on the stretch but the buds themselves all seem to be pretty uniform. Gonna get some pictures tonight

Got the screen on this morning, pics comin tonight. Also made some hash the past couple days, so far I have 18g of iso and 8 grams of ice extract, 3 lbs of strong butter(2oz/lb), and still have almost all of my SLH trim.
