Anyway long answer to a short question. It will work and as a general rule I would say 2 - 4 48" florescent lights during flowering. Since this is in the newbie section just a general rule that I have learned over the years is more light = greater yield and quality = strain + balance of nutes(fox farm for soil, Canna for hydro). Oh and be careful on the nutes you don't want nute burn, but if the leaf tips begin to curl down and kind of look burnt just flush with plain water the next day and be patient you want some run off. Some people do some amazing stuff and get great yields off of so little, so make me a believer and good luck!
