i dont know dog,i grew some pretty good buds with a 42 watt cfl and 1, 23 watt ,,,,lol ,,i know ,i know ,,,,not even close to having enough light,but it still came out really dank,no lie....

no, Dont pay attention to "Replacement Watts." A great rule of thumb to go by is: For every plant there should be at LEAST 100 Watts of light on it. Now I understand that some people have different financial situations, but if you can afford it I think you will like your results. Good luck.

They are 4500 lumens ea and at wallmart you can get 42w cfl's that do 2600 lumens ea for under a dollar a piece. Doesn't make sense to use anything else if you are stuck on cfl's and a very low budget $10 of bulbs would do nicely.

actually i just went to walmart to get some 42 watt cfl's and there like 10 to 15 dollars each now...you were right though,they used to only be a dollar..
