Hello everyone on RIU,
Thought i would share my adventure/experimentation with growing.
After a month of research and an unsuccessful attempt several years ago, i thought i would give it another go.
So with a small budget, small space and tight restrictions: I bring you my journal.
1 120mm fan that blow air up and out the back, with a passive inline duct that reach below my desk for cooler air (about 5 feet perpendicular to a window).
The light shown are 4 23W 6500K CFLs. I have 6 23W 2700K CFL for flowering.
Next, i need to germinate the seeds, and plant them.
The only thing stopping me at this point is whether to do a party cup 12/12 grow, or to cut holes the size of a 5 gallon bucket and place 2 5 gallon buckets below.
This in theory would allow for more root growth, a bigger plant, and more yeild.
If i were to go this route i would likely use the Topping/FIMming techniques as well as LST.
Or, i could do a 12/12 party cup grow, and experiment this way.
It all depends on my if i want to experiment with maximum yielding processes/techniques, or just growing techniques and experience.
What do you think?
