3 Weeks Old Plant Suffering

Hi Guys,
I have planted an easybud seed 3 weeks ago. The plant seems to be suffering.

Soil Type: BioBizz Allmix (only soil that seems to be of gd quality here)
Light: Deglobed Led Bulb of 14.2W
Watering: Every 5 days

Since the soil is quite high in nutrients, what could explain this discoloration and stunted growth?

Since it’s an auto flower I cannot repot it.

Over water probably, only water when you see wilting or light pot, all mix is a bit hot but Iv used it many times for seeds so it isn't too hot, just don't give any nutes for a good month or so,personally I don't ph at this point but it depends on your water ph wether you need to do it. Around 7 is ok for seedlings. I start ph when nutes throw feed too far out. If it's an auto all mix should have enough to see you through it hopefully. Is your light very close? Move it away it is looks a bit white to me( sorry bad eyes on phone)

Noo the light isn’t close its around 11 inches away. It can’t be over watering as I really wait until the pot is dry (5 days) to water again. It’s a 5L pot and I water 600ml so I highly doubt it’s over watering.

never really seen that on a seedling before, its very white, (to me in the pic)if it's not the light,my guess is soil is too rich , I can see tips like the top also. Re pot into something lighter or try to flush the nutes through, not sure how effective that will be though in time release nutes.600 ml in a five litre pot isn't enough in my view but I doubt that's the cause ,I'm trying to remember the problems I had when I used to use it, was always a few problems because too hot but nothing your experiencing

How can I repot it without causing damage to the roots? Since its in a 4L pot?

Overwatering isnt so much about the volume of water you put in your pots. Its more about keeping it too wet for too long. If the roots dont get a dry period to breathe. It can cause problems. You can use an excessive amount of water every time you water if you let the pots dry out thoroughly. Not saying you are in fact overwatering, just keeping the info flowing. When was the last time you watered? I find its easier to transplant when the soil is moist but not soaked. You can either dig it out which i have done on a few occasions, or tip the pot upside down very carefully while supporting the plant and the root system, which i would suggest.

Problem is it doesn't look like normal damage from too hot mix that Iv seen and it also doesn't look like what imbalanced ph looks like in seedlings, but doesn't mean that it isn't. So first tell me what your ph is for your plain water, do you ph? Have a meter?
