yes, but you'll get a lot better yield if you add some more cfl's along the side of the plant near budding sites. you should be keeping the cfl's within a couple of inches of the plant to maximize the amount of light hitting the plant.

I have around 100 watts on top and another 100 on the side. Will my buds still look nice and big by the end of its life even if they are a lil fluffy? Will the buds jump up in size once it starts trying to grow seeds instead of just pistls? Is one more month reasonable? Sorry for all the questions i'm a bit new.

100 actual watts or equivalent watts? for instance, a 26 watt actual cfl is a 100 watt equivalent bulb. you're already in a little bit of a tough spot because it looks stativa dominant and is pretty large to use cfl's on. if your bulbs are 26 watt actuals you should get at least two more for a plant that size. in fact, you should get as many as you can afford, fit and cool. yield goes up proportionately to the light, double the light and you will double the yield.

hopefully your plant won't grow seeds, if so it became pollenated and the yield will be smaller and the strength lower. the pistils are part of the flower/bud, you will see the buds grow bigger over the next month and eventually the pistils will recede into the bud.

Is one more month reasonable?
probably not.

I was talking about where the seeds would be... the bud i guess haha sativa huh? that sucks and I was talking about the actual watts. What would a reasonable time scale be?

Thanks for the info by the way
