Don’t let “new grower’s syndrome” get you throwing money at “issues” - you’ll just wind up chasing your tail in circles. The best thing you can do is get some experience, and push through your grow, learning along the way. Plant looks ok, just a bit slow. Check your environment and VPD. If the grow conditions are ideal, and sufficient light and food are provided, the plants will grow at their fastest.

He's not new..........he's been growing for 7 years at least.
 
Looks healthy, a little small but their should be a jump soon. I see your hydrometer with a wide 24hr RH range. If you can get that to stabilize between 65-75% your see faster more regulated growth
