3 week old plants not growing

This is my first attempt at growing. I'm growing outdoors and had some plants start to grow. But it seems like they have just stopped growing. They still only have one set of leaves after 3 weeks. The leaves are still pretty small although they are growing bigger(But very slowly). I looked at stuff online and it looks like they should grow faster than that. I'm just wondering if theres a problem and if so what do I do. I'm kinda stuck here so if anyone could help that would be awsome.

could just be those seeds man.... also, you said they are outdoors, what are the temps like around you right now. if it's cold, that's probably why they are growing so slow.

no problem man.... I'm sure that's the issue, you could bring it inside until it warms up.

I'm pretty sure thats not the problem, the spot there in gets tons of sun but idk
If you have temps of 40's and below then definitely move them inside.Even if they are in the sun if the air is too cold they wont grow. When they are small like that its even worse as the root system can go into shock but thats if its really cold.Other then that make sure your not over watering, and that the soil can dry out.if its constantly wet then eventually the roots will rot and the plant will die.but my guess is the cold,if possible get them inside under light and see if they improve and if so you know the problem.:blsmoke:
