3 way node w/pic

ok im growing super skunk going really well.... usually a plant has 2 branches coming from a node (Y shaped) i have a plant that the first 2 node are normal the third has 3 and is triangle shaped then another regular node now the next is starting and looks like its gonna have 3 in a tri shape. im not complaining just wondering how rare it is

hmmm.... i am not super experienced or anything but i dont think i have ever seen that on a plant that wasnt topped or fimmed. looks like a nice plant so far though, good luck with everything :D
 
Same here. I've only seen anything like that with topped plants (not a properly FIMed one yet, recently learned I was doing it wrong).

Is this grown from seed or is it a clone?
 
theirs strains that will do that. a guy in canada sells seeds called triplenode and he sells them for like 10,000 for 10 seeds no joke if you look online you will see
 
No fucking way... who would PAY that much??? I mean, I am all for the free market, capitalism and what the market will bear, but good Christ!
 
yeah i got one o them it started as a mutant but kept it 3 nodes its nearly a month flowering now an has more bud than the others

mine is seed too not sure about cloning yet i took a cutting a couple o days ago 3 weeks into flowering dont know if its gonna root
 
build a diy aero cloner the easiest way to clone....also i suck at cloning to lol the only thing i cant do :( but im following a article that takes yuo step by step from high times and hopefully im successful it says 100% success
 
just an update............ there are 2 full triples and i think the next has 3 as well!! looks like there all gonna have 3 from now on!wow.. so basicly acording to that website i have a 1000$ plant without any bud on it yet
ill keep everyone posted.
 
AND I HAVE RECENTLY put one of the home made c02 set ups that i have read on other threads(suguar,yeast,water) and in 2 days a couple plants put on 2 inches

If you clone you should get the exact same genetics. which means yes you will get triple nodes on your other plants unless those triple nodes didn't come from genetics but rather due to so sort of other environmental stress or something, but i would say that's unlikely unless you live next to a nuclear power plant ;).

Anyhow.... I would absolutely clone those plants, & since they are from seed, I would prolly set aside a good amount of time each night to praying that they are females. Not that I believe you should entertain ideas of getting $1000 per seed, or 10 seeds for that matter. But That is a nice trait to have & worth keeping mother plants around for. Even if your initial grow doesn't end up that potent, or even if you have males for that matter.... You could try breeding w/ quality seedbank strains (something w/ a great high) & possibly come up w/ your very own tri-node superstrain.

Like i said I wouldn't get your hopes up about making millions off of it, but ya never know, maybe you could come up w/ something very nice.
