3 rootbond plants

i have 3 plants and 1 is doing good but recently starting looking bad and the other 2 are like midgets compared to the others my biger one is about 10 inch tall and prety wide and the others are like 4 and like 3 inches wide and prety much dead can i just snip them off at the dirt or do i have to actually take them out and cut them all the way out

Are those all in one pot?! Yikes, that cant be good for the roots. Having to compete and what not. Take those runts outta there, they won't make it like that. It'll be impossible to keep things stable amongst all three, but the big one will probably make it. Looks like you're overwatering by the looks of your leaves. Good luck.
