If I were in your shoes, I'd try and figure out why it is so small after 3 months before starting new. The plant is still alive, so if you're able to fix whatever issues you have there's a good chance it'll come around. But yeah, figure out what is off with your system would be my advice.

Had a Lemon OG do the same thing 2 years ago. Kept it around for 5 months in the corner of my Veg tent.
I just Shit canned it and moved on.
Question, how much and what type are you using?

well I started from soil and switched to hydro this whole time I had a 125 watt cfl that I was growing with and then I bought a hps/mh light 400watt about 2 weeks ago but before I had the light I flowered them to sex them under the cfl then reverted back to veg so that slowed it down also because the stress then the fan fell on it as well a little bit later but since I got the new light its been growing pretty good since I got the light but its been 3 months its kinda small but my question is ... is it worth it to grow or I wont get too much yield wise so just trash it ??

Trash it. Try again, Press the Reset Button..etc.

He means what nutrients and how much. How do the roots look? Does the water stink? Do you use anything like aquashield?

pretty sure thats dwc, not aero.

yes I use nutrients it says 2 tsp per gal I use 3 tsp for a 5 gal and its called grow tech vitamax plus and the water doesn't stink and the roots are very white and a little clear but I kinda thous it was caused I stressed it that ot stopped growing cause now its taking off but im thinking of trashing it even tho it is growing faster now but idk for sure

If it's "taking off" I wouldn't trash it. I have some plants that were big at 3 weeks and some that right now are small at 3 weeks. As they grow more leaves they can take in more photons and grow faster.

3 months is really long, but if you're seeing improvement, personally I'd see if the improvements keep up. If it stalls again, then I'd trash it.

whats your pH?
whats your nutrient solution temp?

Your using 1/4 strength nutrients, I'd bump that up to 1/2 strength after you find out if your pH is good.

The rule of thumb is you can go from hydro to soil, but not from soil to hydro.

IMO- your plant looks like it's starving.

Good questions, it's like we're doctors diagnosing this thing.

For that rule of thumb, well going from soil to hydro is messy but I've done it. Don't want to do it again, though.

The roots in soil become specialized to grow in soil. There more woody, than roots in hydro.
The hydro roots don't have that woody tissue layer on them. it's easier to transplant hydro to soil because of that.

I'm not saying it can't be done, more stress, and problems transplanting soil to hydro.

From memory, but I think that's in the "Grow Bible"

My mistake, I didn't switch from soil to hydro, I switched from cocoa to dwc, which are both technically hydro.

One advice while restartin' a new Grow , Don't switch from this ti that like that ! Try to keep it in a constant environment ! These leaves are too damaged ! Keep the soil this time !! Peat Moss homie is the best choice !!
Don't use your plant for experiments !

ok here's an update on how she's doing now. . I'm about 2 or 3 weeks into flower from today but she's doing well and I've been doing the defoliating technique which is coming along great any suggestions to better my yield?
