3 month old Auto won't flower...why?

The small plant in first pic was 2.5 months old when this pic was taken & the other plants were about 6 weeks old, and they will be ready to harvest in about 12 days & she still hasn't even started to flower. Why?
I wonder if Nirvana sent me a non-auto with my other seeds by mistake? Does anyone recognize her?

It happens sometimes. Genetics? I had one which I had to put under 12/12. I kept putting it back under 16/8 thinking once it was "helped" it would be an autoflower. It kept stretching, I kept putting it under 12/12. I had these strange, compressed nodes. I finally gave up and flowered it under 12/12. I had a lot of seeds from the stress.

Newbuddy- don't worry! I've ordered from Nirvana 4 times now & I've been very pleased so far.
This plant might have been one of there free mystery seeds...

it looks like a healthy beautiful plant perhaps it is just that.
Definitely indica and nice and tight and compact, how strong is the light above the one not flowering?

I had it under a 400w CH for 2 months but now I have it under a Spydr600 LED. I think I will try to put it under a HPS light for 12/12 in about 10 days to try to trigger it to bloom... What do you think?
