3 meter outdoor plant in Africa: LST & topping help

Hi,

I planted this girl around April and left for a while and now she is enormous about 3 meters high (topped grosely by a friend otherwise she would be higher). Soil is bad, exposition not great, but I guess the climate is ideal. Variety is just any bush weed from seeds found here.
Flowering hasn't started yet, but I'd like to do some LST & topping and any other sorts of pruning or methods to maximize my yeild.
I started by topping all the higher branches, mostly because I was freaking out it would grow too tall and go above the wall. Today I started doing some LST by bending it a bit (see pictures).
Now I'm not so sure if I should bend it more ? I'm a bit scared to stress the main trunk and break it if I overdo it.
And then what sort of cutting should I start doing to maximize yeild?
Any other suggestions are welcome!

Hello,

Just wanted to bump this up. I've topped the tall branches two times now meaning 4 secondaries are growing from them. Not sure how to proceed to stop it from growing over the stress, I've bent it a bit but its tricky because the main trunk is big.
Thank you!

Supercrop it and tie it down if you need to.

Is it an African strain? If so what kind? I just got finished growing some Ethiopian and it turned out to be some good smoke.

Here's what I mean by supercropping and tying it down. I had to cram this Oldtimers Haze in a 4 x 4 tent. A combination of supercropping and bungee cords. Not the prettiest method but it did the job.
