3 diff results?????

I have 3 babies (all 21 days) one is growing very bushy it looks like a palm tree with a 6" canopy and is about 7" tall the next is 5" tall and 5" wide also. The third is 1" tall and has 4 leaves. All have identical light water temp. It is a Papya from Nirvana. Has anyone ever had such different results? do I kill off the weak or let it grow? Thank you in advance for the help.
