If I were you.... I would go find some light soil or mix some up half and half like I suggested, and then carefully pull up your plants with soil and root ball intact. Rinse off all of the soil from the roots and re pot it. But of course that's just my opinion.
The only thing I would add is, to be more specific is all, since these plants are so fragile, instead of a rinse per say, find a container to gently "dip" them into that has water in it and let the roots gently rinse that way. I agree with @ganga gurl420 but just don't want the OP blasting his roots away with the tap at the sink is all :bigjoint:

How about rinsing them gently.. And transplanting into coco instead of my shitty soil?

Wasn't trying to imply anyone is anything my friend, just don't want you jacking up the plants if you do in fact move them is all

Update day 15 - Plant looking horrible. Not showing any signs of recovering. I've started germinating 2 new hso blue dream seeds, strongest seedling will be used for a new grow.

Things I plan on doing different: I will be using coco with 30% perlite, in a 5 gallon smart pot instead of ordinary pots. This should help me grow faster, and also have a lot more control over my nutes.. Never again Biogreen grow mix. http://www.ashfordhydro.com/growing-media/soil/biogreen-grow-mix-50l.html
