I used the old Philips Mastercolor CMH in both 250w and 400w for years and the plants were the “happiest” I ever had. Lush green and wanting to grow way too much leaf. Potency and terps were great but yields were not good and buds were always somewhat airy. The 400w was pretty efficient actually.

I grew under some mars hydro lights and the product was amazing but the yeild wasn't worth it so I went back to hps till LEDs over took them

Nope I am not an authority on lights I just have my own experiences and thoughts on things I'm not trying to sway people. So please don't get your nickers in a twist. If you have your own thoughts and experiences I respect that. I have no side i simply know that as logic dictates the power of ppfd or width of your spectrum doesent mean it is the most biologically efficient and it is that point which is why everyone says their light is the best but the whole site over no real agreement only troll bait.
Im a long time member, and it does sound like your pushing a product and influencing others or what do you expect those that come here and read to think after you just said led overtook hps.
I dont write anything like this just love for weed and good info..... Oh and a lot of clearing stuff up so the new grower isnt suckered into this really bad market and hype mj is going through recently.
If you asked me the standard dropped here with each state gaining legality (not freedom) and some the belief it cures cancer and aids.
Does led weed cure cancer a week faster for less money... one could easily assume that with the fast and loose assumptions made here on an hourly basis
