2nd week of veg and plants are turning really yellow - Help!

Hola!
I just started my first grow, and I am running into some problems and hope that someone can help. I have a 4x8 tent with 22 plants (JTR & OG Fire). They are under a 500W HPS, and I have a flood and drain system going. I put them into 6" cubes on the 31st, and ever since, they have been turning yellow. I have been reading some posts and thought that maybe they are lacking nitrogen (I only used a cloning solution when I watered the first time). I have watered the plants twice in the last 9 days (with nutes) and the cubes are staying very moist. My girls are now turning serious yellow, and bottom leaves are browning and turning up. I am getting a little concerned at this point. PH of water is fine. Temp has averaged 75 degrees and humidity around 60%. Not sure if I have now over-waterd, or if they were just lacking nutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes. I mentioned that I watered them twice in the last 9 days with nutes (micro, grow, bloom).

Hopefully someone gives you an educated answer because mine are looking real close to yours about now. The top leaves are dark green in them middle, light on the outside and the bottom leaves are drying up real fast. I'm giving them straight H20 right now as well.

Mr. Green - I gave them the amount recommended by the manufacturer (at work & can't remember the name).

I have the same nutes (General Hydroponics)
Did you mix the nutes as directed on the bottle, Micro fist in the water then add the other 2 to the water?
You should ease your plants into a nute program, start at 1/4 strength, then 1/2 and so on.

They dont look burnt to me, they look over watered, could be wrong though

So the clones were put into the cubes and placed on the table 9 days ago. So you said you've watered only twice since you placed em on the table and you gave them full blast nutes right off the bat man??
If so, slow it down man. Watering twice in 9 days does seem about right, i water about every 4 days.
Rule #1 never put as much nutes in your plant as it says on the bottle, especially since you just put em on the table. Ya, i'd say u burnt em'. The way alot of companies put the amount on the bottle to follow FED regulation, they have to calculate it on the bottle as if that was the only thing you'd put into your plant.
Alot of companies want to put the correct amount on the bottles as pertains to marijuana, but thats not the case. Because 99.9% of growers don't just add 1 nute to their solution. So you have to break down the amount.
I didn't even add nutes during veg until like week 2 and even then, i only started out at 1/4 of whatever it says on the bottle for like 1 week. Then the second week bump it to 1/2, then 3rd week to 3/4. And then stay at about 3/4 until your able to read your plant and it tells you it's ok to add more. The way i start my veg is i don't even start my calendar until i start my first nute watering. Ya, they might get a bit bigger then i want(darn, Lol), but that way it's easier for me to keep track of my nute watering cycle.
The rule i live by is,"You can always add more, but you can't add less."
The next couple waterings i'd just do water and let it flush out a bit. One product i love during veg is by Humboldt Nutrients "Verde" 16-1-2. It's like a super blast of nitrogen that your plants will love during veg and u can use a bit in the first week of bloom. It's help your plant store up that nitrogen to last through your cycle. I did 1 Tbs every nute watering during veg, per my 4 gallon bucket.
NOT RECOMMEND USING VERDE IN RE-CIRCULATING SYSTEMS.

Ink- thanx, I did follow the mixing rules
I appreaciate all the helpful info! As a newb, I'm bound to make mistakes. I imagine early on is better than late in the game. I will run straight water for the next couple of waterings and see how they recover. Appreciate the heads up on "verde", I will pick some up for the next run.

How are your plants doing? After a few waterings with straight H20 my plants perked right up, colors are back to normal and they are growing fast. A few more days and I'll start them on their new diet, nutesssss. I'm also running a few different Humboldt products, but not Verde... I might have to grab a little bottle of that.

Plants got a lot better after flushing with PH'd water, but I am now 10 days into flowering, and am having serious problems with three of the plants. I watered with a nute solution close to 25%, and the next day, three of the plants started reacting badly. it is now 3 days later, and they have seriously browned, and lost more than half of their fan leaves. The others seem to be fine, except that they look very "leggy". The growth since flowering has been proficient, but there is about 2-3 inches between each node (see pic). Keeping the plants about 1 foot from the light (no top leaf burn), so I don't know why they would stretch so much (Unless that's what JTR does?). Back to the 3, I don't know what to do to try and turn them around... They appear to be too far gone (see pix), but I want to make sure that it doesn't happen to the others. As soon as the lights kick on tonight, I will take some pix and post. - Just looked at my rockwool cubes (see pic) and there is mold growing. Humidity is staying around 50%, and I am watering every 2-3 days.
