2nd grow with HD pictures - 16 plants

ok - jus lookin at some grows at the same week as me - almost week 4 and my buds dont look very big - they have some trichomes but not many so i have just went and bought some:

hammerhead and overdrive for the last 4/5 weeks of flowering phases

does any 1 agree my buds are small? i only have 1 x 600w HPS light for like 13 large plants in 5 gallon pots - im just thinking that i might not make alot of bud from this grow and all this effort has been a waste of time - i cud only allow 1 x 600W hps as the temps where soaring and i dont have good intake and outtake jus have to leave the grow room door open and have 2 fans in there oscillating = i have a 400w and a 600 w hps but can only use the 600 w hps - maybe i have too many plants i just dont know

what do u guys think? the buds considering they are 4 weeks in flower dont look very big and dont look very dense or nothing

watched another few grows from plants at tthe 4 week flowering stage and they piss all over mine!

The light may be a issue but I would think that its because its not the same strain as whatever you seen that made you glum. Everything grows different. Bigger buds doesnt always mean bigger potency. Bigger is not always better. Id rather have some dank ass weed and tight and small instead of some fluffy lighter than air buds...

no i seen videos of the same strains - white rhino and white widow thats all - i just want a BIG YIELD thats my main objecctive and obviously lovely weed at the same time - its probs hard with just 1 x 600w HPS but they doing alrite i guess - just been set back alot looking at other grows i guess - maybe i have too many plants

Too many plants is a possibility, Maybe you should try some LST to max light efficiency. All I know is their plants are grown different. EVERYBODIES SITUATION IS DIFFERENT. Envy is every mans downfall.

A couple of suggestions, when my gals were budding out, the bud " cola " will grow and expand. The buds under the canapy, you can either nurse them along or get rid of them via pruning. They take up more nutes, by getting rid of them, more nutes for ur top colas. I plan to prune them on my 2nd grow. Also, on my 1st grow I used nothing but cfls, perhaps adding a few to your grow may help, their cheap and don't heat up like HID lights

grow looks great!!! i think you have about 4-5 plants too many, it'll be okay, but if you want max yeild you may wanna to add a couple CFL's in to help out with "MORE LIGHT"

they will not add much heat i have a 400watt HPS & use 2- 27wattcfls at the same time....more light..better

haha glad u like - there starting to frost over real nice now - there looking nice!

Bloombastic is what I used in the 4-6 weel period, noexperience since it is first grow.

i jus ordered hammerhead and overdrive - guna add them to bloom nutes from week 4 to week 8

see what they can pull out the bag - them with - big bud, bio bizz bloom and molases - see what results that will bring

I can't get this message to go off my unread posts so I am replying to get it to go away. I think Advanced Nutrients uses great stuff, but they make you buy too much of this and that to have a whole lineup. If you have the money for that, running Advanced Nutrients would be awesome just get the whole Pro lineup. Otherwise buy some affordable nutrients that you can use the whole line up for.

Now I hope this message goes off my unread I have read it 20 times now. LOL
