2nd grow. Hermaphroditing??

The first picture is obvious, there is a male "ball" on the flower so it's a true hermie (balls not bananas). Toss it, it is genetic not stress. Stress = bananas.

Remember bag seed is bad news, it's there because of a hermie and if you grow it you will repeat the cycle and make more unwanted seeds.

So you're saying.. basically.. these are all garbage & will produce seed pockets w the nugs. There is no way to save them?

Correct, no way to save them, they will simply produce more balls as they grow. It is pointless to keep growing them unless you are ok with pollen and seeded flower. This isn't like a stress/banana hermie (female staminate flower) where you may be able to just pick a banana here and there.

The most important thing a grower can do is the selection of their genetics. This will be the biggest factor in determining the success of a grow.

Thankyou Renfo.. I appreciate you tremendously. Im throwing away all 10 that I have & im going to start new. Which sites do you prefer getting feminized seeds from??

I haven't bought a seed in almost 20 years. I get my genetics from other growers and I have one buddy with a massive bean collection and he's always begging me to grow some out. So I am pretty much set. My buddy recommended these sites:

I’ve used Neptune, Great Lakes genetics, seedsherenow, and well grown seeds. Well grown is the easiest to deal with as you can use credit card. Great service fast, good freebies. All are legit.

Is there anything you can tell me about these? Im currently vegging Dosidos & Lava Cake. They're under LST under a 600w LED. Im curious if you can tell if they'll herm in veg prior to ever budding?
