288pcs Samsung LM301B without a heatsink??

Im looking at this grow light, assembled and tested with meanwell driver, but every kit I see for this board has a heatsink, is it really possible to run this board without a heat sink??

It looks like he changed the information a bit but I was able to "make an offer" the other day and I made an offer on 2 of them and he has counterred at a very fair price I think that I can still purchase from. How will these boards hold up without a heatsink?? Or I suppose I could always make my own if thats possible from a chuck of plate aluminum.

Couldnt find any specs on a 2200ma driver with this board but Im still looking

There's the HLG meanwell series in 2100MA. Chinese board most likely what hes selling. And I bet the driver he's willing to send with it would be Chinese as well.

It comes with a meanwell driver, description says Samsung LM301B top bin diodes but I suppose there are probably knockoffs, Im just curious if there is a graph / coverage area recomended for this board and 2100ma driver and if they can be run without a heatsink
