Hello RIU,
Welcome to my 4 plant 2 strain 276 actual watt grow. I would like to start off by saying RIU is a GODLY resource that has taught me so much about the cannabis world and this amazing plant also i would like to state that all opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Thankyou & enjoy the grow
LIGHTING
For the Vegetative stage i have 4 2700k 23w cfls and 8 5000k 23w cfls burning bright.
& for our flowering stage i will swap out 4 of the 5000k for 2700ks making it 8 23w 2700k and 4 23w 5000k
SOIL + NUTES
For my soil I have chosen trusty ol' FFOC for the simple fact that i like to veg for one month and it provides a satisfactory amount of nutes for that time period. I mix about 40% perlite to 60% FFOC. Flower nutes Ive gone with Botanicares pro bloom soil formula and for those who are unfamiliar 1-4-5.
.25 strength for weeks 1-2
.5 strength for week 3
.75 strength for week 4
full strength for 5-8/9
and flushhhh

I have purchased a "Portable Closet/Wordrobe" and lined it with panda film the black on one side white on the other poly material. this is my first time using it in a grow and i like the light cancellation from the outside compared to mylar. I have a ghetto home depot rigged light setup and a wired up computer fan as an exhaust
Progress: So far im germing my little Rhinos in a dark place and my bubble kush has been in the ground for 2 days i have always LSTd and i dont plan on stopping now i love the multiple big top kolas and bushy plants it produces, it really helps with getting my cfls as close as they can get to the plant in whole and i feel like it wastes less light
questions and comments as mentioned are appreciated and i will stay as up to date as i can with pics and grow reports if there is interest so let me know!
