250w tent grow- g force

hey guys going for my 3rd grow. my first 2 were done in a closet with a light and nothing else. finally got a nice setup. using a2x3x5 grow tent with a 250w mh for veg and a 250hps for flower. i have a 170cfm fan and a 70cfm booster in one exhaust and a 70cfm booster as a second exhaust. im having some temp problems tho. they hit 98 today and its just the second day in action. have 5 seedlings in there now. should i get an intake fan to cut down on the heat? i think i have everything else covered so ive got some pics here so any input would be greatly appreciated.

wat was the result of ur first two plants wit just light? because wit my first gorwn i think i might do the samething....put 2 cfl lights in my closet.....

I may be wrong here, but when i hooked up my cool reflector with the 400w to a 375cfm fan it really didn't do anything and I have an ac as well. Still had temps up in to 86.
So what I'm thinking now is to have two boost fans for the cool reflector. One pulling in cool air from outside the tent and the other pushing out hot air, then have your 170cfm exhaust the tent. But both need leave the area. Now this may only work for me cause I have a/c running.

might be better mate with less bends in that duckting the less bends the better air flow ya gonna get! also r ya pumping ya used air into a room other than the one ya tent is in? cos yal just heat that room right up!!

yea turn ur light around less bendage in it the better and all power strips n timers should be outside of the tent

ok so i ordered a 400w light and ballast in can keep OUTSIDE of the tent. it should be here tomorrow. so im hoping that that will fix the problem. hoping to get temps around 85 to 86 during the day and 76 at night. is that a good range?
