250w HPS Scrog grow box. Help Please

I'm Thinking about growing 3 plants in my apartment. I need a bit of help and a I have a few questions. I'm going to have a 4' X 1' and 4' tall dresser and convert it to a grow box. 3' x 1' for flowering with a 150w or 250w hps with a screen. The 1' x 1' will be used for veg with 100w cfl. I'll have an intake fan and exhaust with a carbon filter.

Will this smell my building up or is a carbon filter really good at hiding smells?

If I grow northern lights 2,250 w hps, veg until the screen is 40% full and flower for 2 months in soil. How much bud do you think this will produce?

Should I make sure the box is air tight so no smells get out?

Hows it goin? i too just moved into an appt and wanted to make 2 scrog boxes about the same size , i was thinking 5 tall 5 wide and 2-3 depth. 250 im pretty sure would be the better choice. Did you build your own carbon filter? i have one build for the correct cfm and a inline fan hooked up to a air cooled hood, i just need to finish the boxes (lazy).
