He has more room to work with so for a lot less money he could have something a good bit larger ... and it would be simple to do.I got a dr60 tent for $150 off ebay, 2x2x5 feet. Stuck it in the closet, works great. If you are good at building, then I guess you could save a few bucks making your own.
ok so i been doing alot homework and im gonna do as suggested and make my own grow tent. i bought some poly pandafilm off ebay and i actually work with pvc so no problem there. im gonna make my tent about 2'x3'x5' im thinking 4 plants and not toping them. as far as cooling and vent ill prob make somthing at work.
No, I wouldn't, not if you are positive that you will never upgrade your lighting.would u recommend using all 8' with a 250 hps?
and what do u think about just nailing pieces of wood to the walls in the closet and then stapling the pandafilm to the wood and then cock the stapled tips?
Not to claim I descended from Nostradamus or anything but I tend to believe that by the end of your first or second crop you will want a 400-watt or a 600-watt light. Most people overestimate what a 250-watt is capable of doing and often times are disappointed and end up upgrading. That is why when I suggest HID lighting I always say unless there is some restriction that will always keep someone from using higher wattage, do not purchase less than 400-watts.hey brick top, thanks for all the good tips man. im sure my bud will be alot better thanks to you. yea but about the 250 light i just bought it, so im looking to get at least one grow out of that bitch before upgrading to 400
