240w Blackstar or 150w hps?

There is a pretty experienced grower on these forums "beef_something" who I think has used the pro-grow 180, I cant remember his name but his avatar is a black and white crazy looking cartoon face. he has a lot of good advice and I think he liked the pro grow 180. I like my blackstar though!
