24 hr light for autos

Running northern light autos 2x and amnesia x pink diesel 1x ive been running on 24 hour light for 22 days and these things are growing like crazy.

Is this good for the plant, or do they need a few hours rest?

Also a little info i have 3 bulb T8 at 102w. and 6 23w CFLs. All at 6500k except one of the bulbs in T8 is 2700k. I have bulbs to switch to when flowering and i have room to add more CFLs when they get larger.

Im running FFOF soil and grow big/big bloom right now.
 
At 22 days they should be starting flower now, I would reduce the lights to 18 hours per day based on popular opinion on "best practice". Good luck brother.
 
I've run all my autos on 25 hour light cycle with good results. My best has been a nl auto by nirvana. Almost 3 ounces of good herb. I also used 1.2 gallon air pots.
 
I've seen thT some people will give it a lil darkness if they want to start flowering for whatever reason..
 
with auto's you can chose whatever you wish....no issues going 24/0...many run 20/4 .... I use 19/5 as works best for my personal schedule
 
Where'd u get ur auto seeds? I hear nirvana has good NO auto.. but also hear tbey r on bs.

Just rescently read about it, don't really remember where, but here it goes - they dont "need to rest", but you won't get much benefit from going 24\0 vs 18\6. You can however cut electric cost in 3/4 by going 18\6 with nearely same results
