24 Hour Roll

Found this somewhere, will definitely be picking up the first two.

L-Tyrosine
Think of dopamine as engine oil. When the car runs out of gas (serotonin), it starts using up engine oil in its place, which is very hard on the engine, and can lead to permanent damage. L-Tyrosine is to dopamine what 5-HTP is to serotonin. It is its precursor. Dopamine provides the rushy, body buzz, speedy effects. Increasing L-tyrosine levels enhances these sensations.

DLPA
DLPA amongst other functions, helps to prolong the duration of action of pleasure inducing neurochemicals.

L-Glutamine
L-Glutamine is a precursor to neurotransmitters in the brain. It also imparts a protective effect on the brain but not as heavily as 5-HTP or Vitamin C.

"It is preferable to preload on a relatively empty stomach, 1-1.5 hours prior to rolling."
Contradicts what endangered and other sources have stated, as 5htp is in that list and would lessen the roll.. right?

Most things I've read says a solid day before hand without 5htp is what should be done. There are a few out there that state otherwise, so just making sure.

From what I've read Vitamin C is a very good way to reduce the neurotoxic effects of MDMA. From what I've experienced moderate use of MDMA doesn't effect you neurotoxicaly much. But on a 24 hour roll. You'd be so foolish not to take neurotoxic precautions. :-?

5-htp is strictly prohibited before rolling.. but the others may have an other beneficial effect before popping.. this is new news for me.. oh yes... a double plural on new news... BIG... +REPPING is no longer a saying in my book for this one ;)

Tyrosine is a precursor to neurotransmitters and increases plasma neurotransmitter levels (particularly dopamine and norepinephrine)[8] but has little if any effect on mood.[

TAKEN FROM A WIKIPEDIA SOURCE OF COURSE... BUT IT SEEMS TO CARRY AN IMPORTANCE TO DOPAMINE AND NOREPHINEPHRINE LEVELS BUT NO DIRECT EFFECT ON MOOD. MORE OF A PROTECTIVE BARRIER THAN ANYTHING. GREAT INFO. AND I DEEPLY APPRECIATE NEW THOUGHTS ;)
