24 hour lighting at 13 days from seed, can i switch to 18hour?

just wanting to switch to 18/6 will this stress them a bit? bc i plan on transplanting them here in a few days as well..

any advice on a schedule for my upcoming events giving my babies the least amount of stress

Shouldn't hurt them too much IMO after transplant put them under 18/6 they should adapt well after 2-3 days

I would space the 2 out a few days. Go ahead and switch the light, then a few dys later do your transplant. You don't want to hit it with too many things at the same time.
Not that i honestly think it would hurt, but that all depends on how good you are at transplanting.
Or do it vice versa like stated above.
