From seed anywhere between 2-weeks - 4 weeks , reverting back to vegative stage takes about another 2-3 weeks , depends on light,enviroment etc, hope this helps , you could always leave them in 12/12 let them flower , take a cutting from each , label the cuttings and the plants they come from , then you will no what sex your cuttings are and can carry on from there , i find this method is quicker and more productive my friend, imo

Much appreciated!!!

As for putting your plants into flowering then back into veg!
I causes stress in the plant that can lead to seeds as well as stunted growth. I have seen people do it and i have as well but taking a cutting then flowering the mom it came from is the way to go!

So does anyone know if it is better to use a mix of light? say 5000K, and 6500K for vegetative state, or just to use all 5000k, or all 6500k???
