I’ve had a few shy of a pound in 18l (about 4 gallon) of rockwool, now I use living soil I tried it out with a 50l (about 10gallon) and got nowhere near, I ended up feeding with synthetics haha cos there’s just nowhere near enough organic material in there to provide nutes for the plants. This is just my experience mind take that how y want.

edit: sorry I wasn’t reading the posts thoroughly enough I thought it was like a living soil/super soil without bottles.

Yeah I was going to upgrade my service box to 200amp as well but found out it’s not always that easy. Sometimes the meter box needs to be upgraded before you can just install a new 200amp service box.
I’m in the process of finding out how much NYSEG will charge me to upgrade my meter box to accommodate the 200amp box.
I wish I could just slap the new 200 up and be golden but my house was originally built in the 1800’s so working with some old stuff. Surprised it even still works

That is the major disadvantage you feed and water more often. Other than that I’d have to disagree. Week 3 of flower, just finished stretch, zero training.

I’ll attach the nutes that I run in a photo. Vegetation gear on left, always in the middle, flower cycle on right. You can get pro organic soil from a million brands has your bone meal, sulfate from potash etc. already blended perfectly. I’ve run even miracle grow’s pro organic version from Lowe’s got same results.

Usually 8-10 oz. Dry per plant. But I run long vegetation cycles compared to a lot I see.
Oooo i also was under the impression you were using an organic soil.

and it’s ok to add up every pieces of larf to get to that 8-10 oz? Personally I don’t even count anything smaller that a thumb as “weight”

not sure what kind of baby light that is but I’m sure your buds are see through and larf that looks like the Home Depot special 50 whole watts of led power! Correct me if I’m wrong.

ima go check the google to see what half pounders look like thanks for the tip.

That’s pretty common when switching to living soil. It can get better with tweaking watering practices. Too dresses. Mulching and cover cropping all working together to stay ahead of demand. It’s possible to keep up with proper nutritional needs but yield will always kinda suffer until your more proficient at soils.

That’s a MarsHydro 600W LED main full spectrum if I’m growing canna, the light beside it is a basic T12 ballast with 6700K soft light grow bulbs. There’s 2 more in the corners as well. The bulbs are 40W equivalent each. I run them on top and corners. They’re used when I’m growing regular veggies on a 16-2 or 16-4 the LED is too strong. Not for canna growth don’t really do anything for those plants.

Can’t really push more light than that in a 4x4x8 on the 600W at max it’s plenty.

What’s the model? I think you’re confused about your light. Looks like the ts1000 or even smaller….

Haaaaaaaaard no, it's unscrupulous advertising.
No way!!! If the customers are not able to understand the most basic of concepts of lighting. then let them tell all their friends and forums how they have a 600 watt super blaster led that is just toooooo much light!
Mars does it for the comedy of it right here and now, in this thread. Thanks Mars hydro

Your light is the one place you don’t go cheap imo

go cheap on your tent, build it with wood and reflective insulation at Lowe’s with a plastic lining inbetween for negative pressure, and buy a HEPA 3M air filter and cheap out on air flow and tent before you cheap out on the light. The light is your sun and THE most important input for your plant.

Nah I’m not confused you’re looking at a pic where about 1/4 the ballast is exposed I took quickly. If you’re really that horny I’ll post the pic when I flip them on at 6am baby. But after that calm down.
