22 days into flowering, no buds/pistils (w. pictures)

Hello everyone, after a whole lot of reading i've decided to make my first post here.

I have 3 plants growing indoors in 1.8 gallon (7liters) pots with a mixture of 60% soil designed for greenhouse-gardening, 20% horse manure and 20% vermiculite. They're now 2 months old, and are meassureing about 29 inches (~75 cm). 22 days ago i shifted them to 12/12 lighting to promote flowering, but since then nothing has happened. They have continueed to grow some, and look healthy, but there has been no bud production, no pistils and no trichomes?

What is going on here?

I can't remember the name of the strain (i know, right?) - from the pictures what is your judgement? Shall i wait longer, make changes, or are the sweet sweet pistils/buds/trichomes just around the corner?

Can/will provide more pictures if needed.

It wouldn't make any sense for it to not flower. Any possible leaks in the lighting. Door cracks etc. ???

it'll flower this happened to mine I was worried, until it started to show pistils just give it some time it might not be ready(mature) enough yet

There are no lightleaks what-so-ever. Checked and double-checked. Until a month ago they were complete indoor-plants, but now the sun is strong and the weather is warm, so i've been moving them outside, and before that they had ordinary window-light (not gonna spend money on lighting just yet). Every day at 8am i move them outside, and every day at 8pm i move them into their dark-cabin (i figure them getting sunlight must be the best alternative?). The slow wind has also helped them become stronger, so that they can bear the weight that will hopefully grow on them :)

them are not preflowers. Looks like you have a sativa dominant plant. They can take 3-5 weeks to start flowering. Sativa dominant plants like a 10 on 14 off light cycle so when they are on 12/12 they just take longer to flower. Mine is at 21 days of flower and still only has preflowers. My strain that I am growing is a 14-20 week strain. Get ready for a long haul, looks like you are in the same boat as me!

If they're 2 mths old and have been in flower for 22 days, that means they were no where near mature when you flippped them.. That always delays flowering.
