21x10.5 room GROW TIME check!!

So I'm going to be growing 90 plants. Hydro is the way I want to go. I have a 21x10.5 by 10.5 feet high room...has a bathroom connected. I want to maximize profitability of the room while staying within my counties growing laws. I have the $$$ to start handling this. I want to start asap. Need some advice. Best way to go...with maximizing the rooms potential and my 90 plant potential. Basically...what would you do with a big empty room and the $$$ to start NOW!

i would take the 21 foot wall and split it in half so you would have a 10 by 10 flower room so you can have 100 sq ft of flowering space. If you use the whole room you'll need about 10 600 watt lights or roughly 1000000 lumins in other wattage lights

also take the rest of the room and set up your veg system make this the room closest to the door so you can access it when your flowering plants are dark flour. lights are good for this or you can use mh if you want to spend the extra power.

i know thats kind simple but im sure you know the other specifics.
