2023 Massachusetts Outdoor Growers

How are you guys doing? I need updates and to figure out a way to downsize my pictures to upload them. My plants were attacked by deer but have since recovered. I feel like I am way behind tho as they are not showing preflowers yet.

For some reason deer never touch my plants, there are a lot around and their hoof prints are around them. What they love are tomatoes, grapes, blackberry shoots, and the apple trees.

Good luck out there everyone! Hoping no one is affected by New England weather's final FU in the form of these ridiculous dew points that will be around until early next week according to channel 5 midday news. Weatherman said he has never seen dewpoints this high in Sept. Mid 70s, oy...

Getting there. 4 Himalayas over 15 feet with the tallest over 17. Still have one unsexed Himalaya, if it’s a girl it’s gonna be going until Thanksgiving lol

The Mazar in the last 2 pics is the furthest along and her flowers have a really nice melon scent. Going to start hitting them with a light peroxide spray against mold. Hoping to get through the season without any big winds from tropical or thunderstorms, because it’s a bitch staking plants this high…

Not to be a downer, but a prepared realist. I expect this MA outdoor season to be filled with tragedy and frustration.

Why is that? This season has been nearly ideal.
Wet spring, mild mid summer temps, cool dry august. Cant really ask for much more
Prayers as the mediocre weather continues… I broke my ankle Saturday (not related) so I’m pretty challenged at the moment, but feeling good about the girls From a short bathroom to deck distance. They’re awful purdy right now!:D
