So I see this multiple description listing 3 different power outputs 95w/100w/195w

Their site:
We recommend 30" above seedlings in 95w mode, 20"-30" above vegging plants in 100w mode, and then 20"-24" above flowering plants in 195w mode.

But I also see two options on electrical consumption.

Their site: Electrical Consumption: Switchable 100/195w. This the actual power that they will draw.

My question is why mine has only two switches that activate only 3 lights each.. is mine a 95w/195w? I didn't receive instructions or any paperwork and yes I bought new from area51lighting.com

I did email them as suggested and now it's taking time to receive return emails.. After I asked if they could mail me instructions to explain the switches etc.. they told me they were posted online so they don't have to send instructions and reduce their "impact" on the world with unnecessary trash. I still can't find just a basic "our light for dummies instruction" and they haven't emailed me back in a few days.

I posted some pics and hopefully another owner can give me some help or maybe prove to me mine is a 95w/190w..

+rep for legit help

Two toggle switches can be set to 4 different positions, one for off and the other 3 would be the different power levels.
Which makes sense but where in the heck do I find instruction for that?? I'm just stoned and over trying to figure it out on my own. Hoping someone can chime in with one.
