hodgegrow says the pressure treated is bad and he never uses it. another friend uses it and never has had an problems . maybe put a flashing of metal on the inside of the pt. I can see anything outlasting redwood.

I did some reading from google on this and never really came or gave a conclusion that the PT of "now a days" is as harmful as it used to be.
