How could i make my babies like yours lol? Did you lst or anything?

No LST, no tying down, no cages, no nets, just natural. i did top each of these plants about a week and a half ago or so, but other than that, that's just how these strains grew (outdoors with full sun and no crowding). all were started in half gallon pots with coco then transferred to bigger pots after they showed sex (don't know the size but probably 10 gallon or so). that's what made the roots so strong and plants so wide imho. they all look pretty much the same as they did when potted, just bigger.

I only did one breeding and it was with a THC Bomb male bred to Super Silver Haze, Bubblegum, Mazar, and J27 (I guess that is 4 separate breedings, but they were all done at the same time). This is the first of those seeds that is being grown out completely, so I don't have experience with my new strain at all.

The idea behind the SSH breeding was to shorten the height of the SSH to make it more managable indoors, shorten the flowering time, improve the yield, and last but not least, make it good for medical applications dealing with pain and migraines. It certainly appears to be a MUCH bushier plant than straight SSH and also will yield more. The jury is still out on what type of flowering time I will have. I don't know what type of consistency the rest of the Chupacabra seeds will have, but this pheno does seem awesome thus far, so I have high hopes.
Yeah man thats tight I wanna start breeding but I dont think im up to it...im confused on how to control pollen and shit...owell anyways that chupacabra looks great...so do your others keep it up

it's a fun thing to do as a hobby every once in a while, but quite honestly, with the thousands and thousands of strains you can purchase online these days for such low prices, it's kind of pointless. i will say this though, it's very nice to have something that nobody else in the world has, and on top of that, when it turns out BOMB...well, let's just say that's the icing on the cake.

greenjunky97, personally, i don't even consider this to be a competition, even though that's what it initially started out to be. to me this is more of a thread to display your outdoor plants. if indeed this was an actual competition, i would be ruled out for not entering it on time. personally i placed my plants on this thread because it was an outdoor thread that was already established that got a good amount of hits. for the record, none of my plants will hit the height your plants will. not that i am the ruler of this thread, but i kinda feel like everyone with decent sized outdoor plants should post them here, and yours are certainly way over what i'd consider to be a decent size. by flowering time your plants are going to be retard big, since they already are taller than probably every other plant on this thread!

heh well thanks for the reassurances i know this isn't really a competition but at the end of season someone in this thread is gonna hafta be declared a winner lol
anyways my tallest plant ive confirmed is a female... but anyways ive always heard in the flowering cycle the plant doubles or triples in size so if my plant doubles im gonna have a 12 foot plant in my yard.. soo should i top it or sumthing?

I haven't updated in a while.

A lot has happened. If you recall she flowered on me early cause I put her outside in mid/late April when I really should have waited till Mid May or so. The result was lots of little popcorn buds near the stalk. This was fine until the heat kicked in. They started to die off. I also had concern over catapillar and mold managment as the season went on.

Yesterday 7/14 I decided to do what I never do. I gave her a hair cut. She just had way too much swag crowding her.

Let's recap.

June 7

June 17

Remember all this?

It turned into this...this shot was from 7/14. What a fucking mess.

I know...it looks like shit. But the end result looks nice. I feel like I've sort of wiped her ass for her. It's not the strains fault. I really feel she has tons of potential but I mistreated her so much back in the beginning that she went shit on me...so I wiped her ass. Fair is fair.

Here she all cleaned up.

She's not as round as she used to be. She's started to pop out those tops. Here she is after an hour of trimming and nice watering. I'm sure in day or two she'll look and feel a little better. I chopped 2oz of the ugliest popcorn off her. She's got some recovering to do.

Remember how she was producing single blade and three blade fan leaves. After some heavy feeding on the nitrogen her new growth is five leaves (photos in a bit). With a few months left in the growing season I think all will be ok. Of course in my head is the "what could have been."

Here is another misc shot from today and yesterday after the hair cut. As you can see, her leaves are down a bit for mid day. She's mad at me for wiping her ass. In a week she shouldn't feel a thing though.

Sorry for the typos but I got to split...time for happy hour kids. Drink up!

It seems that plants that flower, and are confused...ALWAYS end up looking like shit...one of mine that flowered and I pulled, ended up being the most ugly plant id ever seen lol thats prolly why it ended up looking like that...good that you cleaned it up though...

here's an update on my bitches. i topped every branch that was close to the top to get the lower branches to come up as well as limit height. first two pics are chupacabra, last one is ice (hard to get a good shooting angle due to where it's planted)

Very nice Papi.

I feel blessed that this early flowering plant will be at a minimum respectable. Yeah I cloned her 5x. I'm trying to find some one local with a bitchen male to cross the clones with. I clones some from the early flower and kept them in the shade. they are small but are flowering nicely. In a few weeks they should be ready to get fucked.

Just need some good pollen. I really feel this plant can produce long spears. So I want to cross her with something that is similar but offers other beneficial traits.

Let's see what happens.

Papi, are any one of those bushes you got there the purp?

Here is a shot from July 21 on my bush. She recovered nicely from her hair cut. I'm just starting to spray low concentrate BT on my plants now. Found orange eggs under another plant.

dubs, no, neither of those two are the purps. those two plants are ice and chupacabra (super silver haze x thc bomb, which is my own strain)

Am I the only one posting on this thread???:confused: Here's a link to my outdoor grow with more info on this plant.

https://www.rollitup.org/outdoor-growing/201874-tree-like-potential-11.html

I couldn't really get the photos that showed the double branches or what ever the heck they are. But she's really starting to get some shoulders and filling out. She now has a clearly defined top as well.

If you look at the main top you will see these other shoots...is this normal? They're coming out at 45 degrees. I understand that plants grow branches but I think there will be one big cola and about three to four other smaller top colas. (edit) Just counted. There are 10 solid shoots coming out of the top and six look like they could be reasonable producers. Hard to tell from the pic.

She hasn't grown that tall. She's exactly 3ft tall and almost 4ft wide.

Standard shot

Laid on my back to try and get my self and you guys some better shots. If nothinging else it's an angle I'm not used to seeing. She continues to naturally let the older single bladed fans yellow and die off. A dozen a day or so.
