Hello all I came across a few 1000watters and was wondering if that's to much for a 4*4. At this time I.:hump: have 1000watts in the tent but the outer edges are not to my standers

yeah i would have to agree, they say 1 600w is "ideal" for a 4x4 room.

like the other person said get the CO2, temp, nutes, humidity on lock down and a 1k watt will pump out some serious plants for you.

im fighting CO2 right now and its not fun, growth is stunted im thinking about discharging some CO2 cartridges in there to increase the PPM. not the most efficient but should be better than nothing.

It should work good, provided you have seven foot high ceilings, adequate cooling, and are growing vertical.

yes I do.co2 I have. 4*4 tent 40gal rez bluemoon shine. I'm trying
to be the best I can be. Every grow I get 3 lbs trying to get 4 lbs. Each grow must be better than the first I'm just saying

Dude, It makes no sense. There is a point of diminishing returns on watts/sq ft. It really is not going to help you, and probably just cause more issues like heat. I run 600 watts in a 4x4 area and it is fine. I get dense buds, and normally around 12-16 oz a light. You could probably get a lb easily off one 1000 in that area. Get another grow area to use the 2nd 1000 watter.
