2000W blurple for a 2x4 tent

its a 2x4 tent. So far so good. Its also my first attempt at hydro. Was looking at a spiderfarm SF-2000 for my next text.

I dont have anything bad to say about the light so far, on my length dont get the best lumens at the top of my canopy. Added 36w of strip lights around the edges.

Thanks. Yeah no HPS just that Higrow. It really does a pretty good job for the price as far as ive seen so far. Lmao I was going to do straight coco but I was hoping the auto pots would be easier. Seems like its just a whole new system to figure out. Thankfully Ive been able to find lots of info on Waterfarms. Now I know to try and fit 1 per tent instead of 2.

Are you looking for a light that will work well for the whole grow cycle? If you're just gonna use them for the vegetative state the two HLG 65 should provide your plants with sufficient light. If you are planning on flowering with those lights, then you will need significantly more light than they can provide. They are nice little lights though that are made with Samsung LM301B diodes. 30 watts per square foot is a good target to shoot for. Your 2x4 tent should therefore use a light of at least 240 watts.

What is your budget, we can recommend a high quality light for you. Some of these lights use the same diodes as the HLG 65 you are looking at.

Would you say the HLG 65 is ideal for veg? I'm running a 4000k in my 3x3 tent (only half filled currently) and an HLG 600 for my flower tent. Initially I planned a slightly different setup but my goal is to provide as much light as can be used without running co2. I feel my 600 is plenty for flower but am unsure on wattage recommendations for quantum boards.

Would you suggest a 2nd 65w? I read the 100 can be a bit intense, and I don't mind having to raise/lower lamps more. Any tips are appreciated, first time growing.
