2000 Watt ~ Indoor Soil - Grow Log (Maui, Purple Urkel, MK Ultra, Jah Kush, Others..)

Hey Guys Growing legal MMJ under CO Amendment 20

Decided to post over here after not really getting much help over at GC. If people seem friendly and helpful id love to stay posting over here..

So anyway lets get to it.

Grow Room: Extra Bedroom (12ft x 12ft) ~ Mylar Grow Tent (8ft x 4ft)

Lights: Veg - (2) T5 floros ~ Flower - (2) 1000watt HPS

Medium: Happy Frog Soil - 7gallon Smart Pots

Nutes: Fox Farm Grow Big, Fox Farm Root Drench, Bushdocter Kangeroots, Great White Shark (benificial bacteria)

Ventilation: 6in inline intake, 8in oscillating

CO2: CO2 being pumped through oscillating fan (15mins/HR ~ 200ppm)

H2O: PH Balanced and Oxygenated for 12hrs minimum

Strains: Trueblue, MK Ultra, Buddahs Sister, Jilly Bean, Green Giant, Maui, Purple Urkel, Angel Heart, Tropicana, Jah Kush (2x)

Here's a few general pictures of the garden. About 5 weeks into veg, obviously some difference in height, and some slight stretching that I'm attempting to control.








Now for the few QUESTIONS that prompted the log..

I'm having some discoloration / rust / leaves drooping & falling off issues. I had a small spider mite problem a few weeks ago, the reason I now have 11 plants instead of 12, and after winning (mostly) that battle, now this.










I'm thinking possible under / over nutes, some type of mold or fungus, nute lock, or something ive never heard of..??

Id love a knowledgeable opinion or any help in the right direction. I gave them a little extra nutes today and am monitoring them intently.

Outside of that things seem to be going well. I plan to update and post pictures as often as I can and answer anyone elses questions.

use a FF feeding chart if you arent already.
also trim burnt fan leaves to provide more light to lower leaves.

Hey guys. So I'm still flushing, defiantly seems to be helping but I might also get a calcium / magnesium supplement after the flush, I believe that is needed too..

I moved the plants into flowing today. Setup the 2 1000w HPS, the new 6in inline and all the new fresh air intakes. Ew man, it was a liiittle work, but I think it turned out nice.



Also.... In anticipation of the space I will need to continue on the way I intend too, I went ahead and moved to a larger room.

Gonna continue the flush for a few more days and then get my flower nutes going...

Obviously still running the CO2, changed up the oscillating fan a little, hung it from the roof to have more space for the babies.

Gotta have lots of water containers... and I music player, plants LOVE music



The vegs lights are just sitting as of right now.. gonna setup another tent in the other side of the room in a week or two when I get some good clones.


Also heres a few pictures during the move before they went back in the tent.. you get a better appreciating of size, but funny enough the lighting in that room is poor.. (when the 2000ws are off obviously lol) so the pics arent great.

we seem to be having some serious stretching issues. The tents simply aren't tall enough so were "bonzi" bending two plants now, might turn into 3 or 4 later. The idea is to bend them completely over and have large colas grow off the entire up side... we'll see how it turns out. I cant get good pics of the bend ones (in the back) because the HPS lights mess up the camera when Im that close.

Anyway thought Id post up a good sized update. A few things have changed in the grow room, and the plants are beginning to produce their first preflowers!

The main change is were now running 2 fullsized darkroom tents, instead of one. The idea their is to obviously have a veg tent(240drW), and a flower tent(300dr, about double the size of the 240). The 2 T5s in the veg tent, and the 2 1000ws in the flower. Also planning on getting 2 more 1000ws when money provides. (4 1000 watts will be boss, its gotta happen)

This way there is a constant 2 month cycle of plants going from clone to veg, veg to flower, flower to harvest, veg to clone, ect.


Things seem to be going pretty well. Added some CaMg to help with the rust problems, seems to have helped alot. Plants seem fat and happy.


Next few updates should be better and better flowers are bloomin!!

what do you use for nutrients/how much?

hey just found this thread..looks like a cal/mag def it anything...when you have a setup as big as yours, your plants will yellow and curl and what not... give me a commercial grower with perfect plants and ill give you a liar!!! not to say your any kind of bs'er haha but plants will curl here and there... yours look nice and healthy... a little epsom salt might help a bit but your nut schedule will keep things in line.. let em' grow and flourish... genetics are everything in this game..good luck bro!

Mainly the fox farm schedule with all the additives. Every other watering. Fresh water in between. I also dose the fresh water with CaMg every other other time.

amounts are somewhere between general and heavy feeding, i normally just add one extra tsp per 2gal

Hey guys

Thought Id post up another update. The preflowers are looking very healthy, and just starting to show white hairs. I took a few plants out of the tent to get them in better light for pictures and to help show the size of each one. They are getting quite large..

In other news, the GREEN CRACK turned hermi. So we cut it, I believe thats the only one, probably hermied due to stress. So were down to 10 beautiful ladies, it was an acceptable loss.

Anyway, the 2 plants I pulled for pictures are the MK Ultra and a Tropicana. Theirs another blueberry and jah kush that are even taller than these, they have to be almost 6 ft, but where still bending them.

Hey guys.

Everything's rolling along pretty well. Thought I'd post an update of the flowers and new hardware.

Went ahead and got another 1000w HPS, yup thats now 3000 watts, just one light away from the dream 4 x 1000w , and its coming next week.




Also had to snag a carbon scrubber, these babies are getting STINKY!!



All the plants seem fat and happy, the spidermites have been holocausted, and the buds are-a-bloomin'
