Sooo i chopped the grapefruit krush on wednesday right about day 60 of flowering. the other picture was a poop of scissor hash:weed:.

have the trim in the freezer, gonna order some bubble bags (knock-off of coarse, Bubble Bag Co. is ridiculously priced).

ill take some close ups of nugs in a little bit, and some updated pics of the Diesel

If you're using over 800 watts in CFL's you're wasting your electricity bill. Get a 600 watt digital ballast and an HPS bulb and you'll be able to get a decent harvest instead of those airy buds that CFL's give off. You'll save money on electricity and have lots more light since the lumen to watt ratio is way higher with HID's over CFL or incandescent.

some ppl don't wanna accidentally burn down their house... i use cfl because i do not have an efficient means of ventilating hot air.

oh btw, grapefruit smells very sweet and citrusy. and the scissor hash tasted the same. i can't wait til i can smoke this bud, looks soooo tasty.

i took extra care with the flushing, my first grow i didn't flush well enough and the bud did not burn well, or taste great for that matter

You can add a couple small size fans. A 4" intake fan and a 4" exhaust that passively cools your light reflector is plenty of air for a 600w HPS light. Just saying, since a harvest takes about 3 months from clone > veg > flower > harvest > to dried bud, it's worth while to use the right gear and get a proper yield. 3 months is a lot of time to invest to get an ounce or two of ok buds when you could get around 16 ounces of high grade nugs if you just redesigned your setup. It's a small investment when you consider you can get 10x the harvest in comparison to using cfl's

i hear ya, but where am i supposed to have the intake and exhaust ducts go? im not about to cut a hole in my wall or have 20 foot ducts across the room to the window. seeing how i already owned all of my equipment, 3 months for $1000 worth of bud doesnt seem bad to me..

I guess I just have a better floor plan for the setup. On my smaller grow I use a window fan to bring cool air into the room and an intake fan pulls that cool air into the tent. There's another fan that pulls cool air through the light reflector and vents the hot air into my hallway that heats the rest of the house. Free heating for the winter.
My 4000 watt grow uses a fan to pull cool air from outside through an intake and another to exhaust hot air back outside away from the intake. The exhaust on the 4K grow also passively vents through light reflectors.

Hi there..spotted your post and thought i'd send some looks at mine. They are just about to be harvested and i'm pretty happy with the results 1st time nthat. They vedged for 4 weeks from cutting of the mother that was grown from seed...They are Barneys Farm Blue Cheese. Can post some pics of the next ones that are going in..they have been vedging for 8 weeks and are bushy as '70's bush..!!

That pic of the popped bud...do u know anything about it?? I've tried research but can't find anything to explain it...all the other buds are fine...i am baffled..!!

are u referring to the bud in the first pic? its hard to tell cuz its a little blurry, what do u mean by popped? i hope its not a hermie for ur sake.

on a side note, my buddy gave me a great deal on 22 grams of shake..
just made a huge batch of butterrrr!
stoned gingerbread men and sugar cookies are in the near future.
oh yeah and im gonna make some canna-butter frosting for the cookies as well, first time with the frosting.. im excited:weed:

the cookies and frosting came out so bomb. only had a hippo cookie cutter.. so holiday hippos? made about 5 dozen cookies last night, with frosting:weed:


gonna start flushing the diesel tomorrow, most of the trichomes are cloudy, surprised me cuz it isnt even 50 days into flowering yet.
ill post some pictures in the near future

whats up bong Face? Your ladies look very nice! I myself is also on the Foxfarm regement with all the bushdoctors..Question about lighting?The girls right now have a 125wtt full spec. with hood and 4-26wtt for side lights all 6500k...they really look good...you said in the past thread you have some low watt 2700k mixed in your 6500k for veg,should I have done the same?????
I thought you use the warm light (2700k) for flower? lookin for advice.. Either way your girls look kind.. thanks-Triclone:eyesmoke:
