Does anyone have this exact light an if they do what distance should i keep it at with what percentage for my girls feels like im struggling

No..... lol
Turn it down to 100 watts and hang it 20 - 24" from the plants, see how it goes.
What height and power are you running at now?
I ran bare CXBs at 50 watts each and hung them about 18 - 20" in veg.
Around 12" for flowering.
I had lenses on one fixture I built but I took them off.
